The trust fund will be adequately funded from each membership
to provide income from interest (based on a very low estimated 1% annualized
rate of return) to provide for duplicate site hosting, language translation,
and future management of the system.
Future web hosting expenses are guaranteed by an Irrevocable Trust Account
administered by the Mercantile Bank Trust Department.
Contributions from each listing will provide funding at a level that
will ensure adequate income from risk-free investment to continue paying
for hosting throughout all future time.
Trust funds cannot be used for any purpose other than acquiring income
to sustain the web hosting responsibility.
In case the bank becomes insolvent or is sold or otherwise ceases to
exist, the Trust Department assets are fully protected and converted to
a receiving trust department by law.
The trust fund will survive economic disasters and cannot be used for
any reason other than the intended purpose of the trust.
The one time payment for a permanent webpage membership to be
perpetuated throughout time on the internet system or its future successor
is only $347.
